The scope of work for each project will be agreed upon separately through proposals, quotations, or written agreements.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
• Supply content, approvals, and feedback within agreed timelines.
• Maintain ownership or proper licensing of any materials provided to Rapid Mesh.
• Cooperate in a timely manner throughout the project.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals or agreements.

• Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
• Work may be paused or delayed if payments become overdue.
• Deposits and completed work may be non refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional work outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed service package. Requests that significantly alter the original scope of work may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of the final approved deliverables will transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

Rapid Mesh retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional activities unless confidentiality has been agreed upon in writing.

Any third party assets, software, plugins, fonts, stock media, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Third Party Services

Our services may involve third party platforms and providers, including advertising networks, payment processors, hosting companies, and software providers.

Rapid Mesh is not responsible for outages, policy changes, service interruptions, or actions taken by third party providers.

Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and industry best practices, Rapid Mesh does not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• Search engine rankings
• Advertising performance
• Lead volume
• Revenue increases
• Business growth outcomes

Results may vary depending on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, budget, and client implementation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Mesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable proposal or contract.

Upon termination:

• Outstanding balances remain payable.
• Work completed up to the termination date may be invoiced.
• Access to services may be suspended until obligations are fulfilled.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the course of a project with appropriate care and not disclose such information to unauthorised third parties, except where required by law.
